If you are not satisfied with the ordered size or if you want to withdraw from the purchase contract, download here the return and exchange form. Fill in the required information and add it to the package with the gloves. Wrap the gloves back in their original packaging once tested and undamaged. Take the parcel to the nearest Z-Point (Packeta) branch and tell the operator the return code 90487978. Keep the receipt you receive. There is no charge for transport back to us. We will arrange an exchange and refund within two weeks.Other EU countries

Although we do everything we can to ensure that you do not have to exercise your right to make a claim, we inform you below how to proceed in such a case.
We would like to point out here that leather is a natural material and its natural manifestations such as subtle colour irregularities, different grain or texture and scarring are not grounds for complaint.
Pack the gloves so that they are not damaged during transport to our workshop. Include a completed complaint form in the package for download
